This portal does not collect personal information from visitors browsing the public pages. No account is required to view laboratory details, staff contacts, or the test catalogue.

Officer contact details

Names, designations and official mobile numbers of laboratory officers, including Public Information Officers and Assistant Public Information Officers, are held for administrative use and are not published on this website. They are visible only to departmental staff who have signed in. These are official contact points, not personal data volunteered by individuals.

Authenticated users

Laboratory staff who log in to update their laboratory’s information have their name, official email address and role stored for authentication and audit. Passwords are stored only as a cryptographic hash and are never readable by administrators.

Cookies

A session cookie is used to keep authenticated users signed in. A language preference cookie will be used once bilingual support is available. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are set.
